Virtual UR WELL

UR WELL is actively building additions to this set of virtual resources and services that are designed to enhance your well-being.

Featured Virtual Resources:

Counseling and Psychological Services

Due to the nature of counseling and safety of our staff and students during these COVID-19 times, we will be offering our same quality services virtually until the university has entered Phase Green under the Covid-19 Response Plan.  For more information and to check current phase, please visit the Covid-19 Response Page.

Anyone with a @richmond.edu email address is eligible for a free self-help account through Therapy Assistance Online (TAO). TAO is a suite of online evidenced-based behavioral health tools to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. You’ll also find an extensive mindfulness library to help manage your stress and feel more grounded in the moment. TAO may be accessed from your computer or your mobile phone (search “TAO Mobile” on the app store). You may learn more about TAO and how to create your account here.
