Virtual UR WELL

UR WELL is actively building additions to this set of virtual resources and services that are designed to enhance your well-being.

Virtual Resources:

Counseling and Psychological Services

Our services are available weekdays 8:30am to 4:30pm beginning Monday, August 17.  CAPS staff have worked diligently over the summer to bring you some exciting improvements to our services.  One of these changes is that every CAPS counselor will have at least one same-day appointment every weekday, which we are confident will improve student access.  Each student’s first appointment of the new academic year will be a same-day appointment that can be requested by emailing caps@richmond.edu beginning at 8:30 AM on the day you would like to meet.

For the full alert and more information, please visit the website.

Students experiencing a mental-health crisis:

During normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm), please call the main CAPS phone number: 804-289-8119.

After hours and on weekends, please call the URPD crisis number: 804-289-8911, or dial 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
