UR WELL is actively building additions to this set of virtual resources and services that are designed to enhance your well-being.

Counseling and Psychological Services

CAPS will offer daily psychoeducational seminars that include offering coping strategies and providing opportunities to ask questions in a class-like format using Zoom meetings. This will not be therapy but will provide opportunity to connect with CAPS providers for questions about getting connected with a new provider in your local community, learn additional stress management strategies or talk about mental health topics generally. Anyone with a email address is eligible for a free self-help account through Therapy Assistance Online (TAO). TAO is a suite of online evidenced-based behavioral health tools to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. You’ll also find an extensive mindfulness library to help manage your stress and feel more grounded in the moment. TAO may be accessed from your computer or your mobile phone (search “TAO Mobile” on the app store). You may learn more about TAO and how to create your account here.

Health Promotion
