The cost of the vaccine is $30.00 and is billed directly to your  Student Account. Documentation for insurance reimbursement is located on your patient portal. 

Vaping Alert!!!

In recent month, an outbreak of significant lung injury and death associated with vaping has occurred across the country. Seek medical attention immediately if you have recently vaped and have any of these symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chest Pain
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Fever
  • Fatigue
  • Abdominal pain

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) is investigating this national outbreak of EVALI (e-cigarette or vaping associated lung injury). For more information and the CDC's current recommendations see their website: cdc.gov/tobacco/basic

Students who arrive 10 or more minutes late to their appointment will be askedto reschedule.

About Us

The Student Health Center provides evaluation and treatment for illnesses and injuries, assistance in managing chronic disease and offers comprehensive program in health education and health maintenance. Our staff of board-certified physicians and registered nurses are experienced in the care of young adults.

The Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) has awarded the Student Health Center at University of Richmond another three-year term of accreditation. This accreditation affirms that the Health Center meets and will continue to demonstrate the attributes as reflected in the standards of the accrediting body. The Health Center is accredited through 2020.
