Student Health Center

The Student Health Center provides evaluation and treatment for illnesses and injuries, assistance in managing chronic disease and offers a comprehensive program in health education and health maintenance. Our staff of board certified physicians and registered nurses are experienced in the care of young adults.

Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–noon and 1–4:30 p.m
Thursdays we are closed from 11:15 a.m.–1:30 p.m. for staff meetings.

When the Student Health Center is closed you can speak to a nurse by calling Fonemed, our medical advice line, at 855-292-3373.

For medical emergencies, call Campus Police at 804-289-8911.

Information will not be released from the Student Health Center without the paitent's prior approval except in an emergency or by court order.

The mission of the Student Health Center is (1) to provide high quality ambulatory healthcare enabling students to achieve and maintain their physical and mental well being necessary to pursue their academic goals and (2) educate, counsel, and support students on healthy lifestyle decisions.
